The Celeste Dress is a mini-length dress with a clean v-neck opening, full-length gathered sleeves, and two gathered skirt tiers for added movement. A removable waist sash, and hidden side seam pockets make this a great beach to around the town gem. 60% cotton, 40% viscose. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
